This is demonstrated by the precedent setting projects he has developed and coordinated, such as E-commerce stings, E-commerce honeypots, exposing credit back scams, and introducing a database for consumers to identify if their credit cards have been exposed on the Net. Mr. Clements also created the first Amnesty Program for reporting compromised cards and personal information, and a NeighborNet Watch program for reporting unsecure sites or scams.
